The property was custom built for Myrna Loy in 1936 Beverly Hills, CA. Hillel Sanowicz managed the restoration project including the Design/construction, and was able to keep it on budget and ahead of schedule. Myrna Loy (born Myrna Adele Williams  was an American film, television and stage actress. Myrna Loy at her Beverly Hills Residence Trained as a dancer, Loy devoted herself fully to an acting career following a few minor roles in silent films .
